Thank you for having chosen us for the purpose of healing, relaxation and entertainment. Let us assist your stay with a few important pieces of information. In the following paragraphs we would like to assist your visit with some important information.

In the Beach Bath, Therapeutic Centre, Covered Bath and Adventure Bath healing, thermal, adventure and sport pools of altogether 5360 m2 water surface are at your disposal, from which 1430 m2 water surface is covered and 656 m2 is directly connected to the covered building.

The spa water of 96 C⁰ temperature is high in sodium chloride, bicarbonate, iodine, bromine and sulphur, which is excellently suitable for the treatment of rheumatic diseases, chronic arthritis, chronic gynaecological diseases, and orthopaedic pre- and post-surgery as well as vegetative nervous system disorders. The spa water of Zalakaros is one of the most significant spa waters in Europe due to its unique water composition and the quantity of the water supply - it is a thermal water rich in sodium-chloride and bicarbonate, which can be classified among the iodide-bromide waters as a result of its iodide and bromide ion content; and among sulphurous waters as a result of its sulphide ion content. The water is slightly radioactive, with a very high metaboric acid content. The water is highly effective in the treatment of chronic gynaecological diseases, locomotor and articular diseases, nervous system, heart and circulatory, as well as metabolic disorders.

In Zalakaros you can find medicinal water only in the Gránit Spa!

Our business policy focuses on two areas:
1. Medical care, therapy: that builds on high standard medical care and manual therapy, an ambulatory care system built on manual therapy, high quality water and spa water pools.
2. The organization of entertainment: for which the covered and outdoor adventure pools, wellness and medical wellness treatments, saunas, stem cabin, slides, beach bath (seasonally operated), and beach slide complex offer unforgettable recreation, entertainment and experience for visitors of all ages.

Building „F" - Reception building
Building F is the building that receives our guest. This building is the main entrance, which is open on every day of the year. In the four-floored building the following facilities are available:
-2^nd floor: dressing rooms with lockers
-1^st floor: dressing rooms with clothes-hangers and lockers, tunnel connection to Hotel Freya
Ground floor: main entrance, information desk, cashiers, physician's offices, first aid, patient administration (scheduling), cloak-room, entrance point, safe
1^st floor: play-room for children (with feeding, breast-feeding room), guest toilets, cardio-machines (gym), fitness room, solarium, patient administration 2, Internet room (for guests), beauty farm, management offices
In the dressing rooms on the 1^st and 2^nd floors the use of the dressing-rooms with clothes-hangers is included in every ticket price.
The LOCKERS in Building "F" work with the help of a "watch", which can be obtained for the price included in the current price list. A deposit shall be paid for the lockers, which is paid back to the guest when the ‘watch" is returned.
Services available at the cashier's: solarium, gym use, fitness lesson, Internet use.
The guests' uninterrupted entry and exit are provided by the entry machines at the entry point. All tickets must be read on the bar code scanner of the entry machines!

Covered Bath facilities:
2 spa water pools, 1 thermal water pool, with resting areas and free deck-chairs. the price of which is included in every ticket.
Sauna region is composed of: 2 Finnish saunas, a steam cabin, a diving pool, a resting area, the use if which is possible for an extra charge to be paid in addition to the price of the admission ticket.
Our therapeutic unit and wellness treatment rooms, which can be found in the building of the Covered Bath, may be accessed from the corridors of Building F. The water therapeutic unit and the mud bath are located at the level of the pools (ground floor), in the southern segment of the building; dry treatments are given in the Covered Bath's roof area (1^st floor).

Therapeutic treatments: Individual, group, underwater remedial gymnastics, therapeutic massage, fango-treatment, packs, electrotherapy, reflexology, pedicure, underwater water-jet massage, weight bath, tub bath, carbon dioxide bath, galvanic treatment, mud-pack, mud bath, Kneipp alternate temperature bath, hand bath, foot bath.
Sens & Spirit treatments: Fresh mint pack, Creole's secret, Goddess' elixir, Massage with noble spices, sesame and ginger oil, Lotus flower's dream massage with flowers and ylong oil, Garden of the Hesperides aromatic fruit massage, Anti-age body treatment with red grape seed and pulp, Coco dream body ritual, Slimming green tea body treatment.
Wellness (Gerard's) treatments: chocolate massage, aroma massage, bamboo massage, peat massage, fig honey massage, chakra and lava stone massage, Kerala face and head massage
Body shaping treatments: strip method treatments (with Wiener cosmetics, paprika, cinnamon); anti-cellulite treatment with ultrasound, interference; weight loss with acupuncture; venous circulation improvement with aroma strips (with Wiener cosmetics); lymph drainage massage (lymph massage)
Medical-wellness treatments: thermo-spa treatment - massage through membrane; Florida tub for 1 or 2 persons - vibrational underwater massage light + music + aroma therapy; Vis - a vis tub - vitalizing bath with light, music sound wave and aromatherapy; California tub

Therapeutic centre facilities:
Outdoor spa water pool (seasonally operated); pool area no. II. with 3 pools (2 spa water pools, 1 Jacuzzi), with individual sanitary block, resting areas and deck-beds, which can be used with the complex ticket type.

Adventure Bath facilities:
1. Covered adventure facility: an adventure pool with 10 different water attractions, multifunctional sport swimming pool with adventure elements, covered children's pool. The "Black Hole Slide" starting from and arriving to the building, the Kamikaze Slide, resting areas, deck-chairs, steam cabin, saunas (Finnish, aroma, and light therapy sauna). These services can be used with the complex ticket type. The salt chamber and the infra-cabin are also available for an extra ticket.
2. Outdoor adventure facility: an adventure bath with whirlpool, Scottish shower, springs, waterspouts, outdoor slide and hydro-massage pool, outdoor children's pool, sunbathing area and deck-chairs, the use of which is included in the complex ticket's price.

Beach Bath facilities:
The more than 10 hectare parked Beach Bath offers spa water sitting pools (2), thermal water pools (sport, family, children), a splash pool, a wave pool and a beach slide complex (Family, Kamikaze, Anaconda Slide). You can find detailed information about the availability of all the slides operated by our company on our website. Safe, rent, dressing cabin and lockers are available for a fee, while the racked dressing room can be used free of charge.

GRÁNIT Spa Zrt. is open to its guests every day of the year, reserving the right to change the opening hours. Related information is provided on our website.

The Covered Bath together with the different therapies, the Therapeutic Centre and the Adventure Bath are in continuous operation, the Beach Bath is operated seasonally, and the Therapeutic Centre's outdoor pool is open from early spring until late autumn.

Accessing the Beach Bath is recommended through the Dísz-tér at the beach's main entrance and cashier's, as well as through the Adventure Bath's southern main entrance.

During the operation of the Beach Bath, the Therapeutic Centre can also be accessed through the beach's main entrance.

The accessing of the not seasonally operated Covered Bath, Therapeutic centre and Adventure Bath is recommended at the main entrance in Termál street, through the reception building.

Your purchased Beach (if in operation) and Covered Bath ticket enables you to use all the pools of the beach and the beach's slide complex, the pools of the Covered Bath, and the basic infrastructural services of the reception building.

A SAFE is located in Building F, available for an extra charge, the use of which is recommended!

The Therapeutic Centre and the Adventure Bath can be entered with a complex ticket at the current price indicated on the PRICE LIST. This higher priced ticket entitles our guests to use the facilities of the Covered Bath and the Beach Bath (if in operation).

Rules for therapeutic treatments:
Before taking advantage of our therapeutic treatments it is recommended to consult our rheumatology specialist.
The physician's office is located in the hall opposite the main entrance of the reception building!
Consulting hours: on weekdays only, generally from 9 to 15:30. Please check our website for updated information!!
If you have planned to consult with a specialist already at home, then please bring with you any previous medical evidence related to your health condition in order to assist our physician's work. The treatments prescribed by the physician can be purchased at the cashier's and the scheduling of the treatments may also be arranged. Please remember your appointments for treatments, and show up on time!
Do not forget, that in case of no show you have taken the treatment opportunity from someone else!
If for any reason the time of the appointment turns out to be unsuitable for you, it is possible to change it at the dispatcher's 1 hour before the treatment at the latest. If you fail to do so, the refund of the treatment's price or getting another appointment instead is not possible.
Before availing yourself of your treatments, please look around and orientate yourself in the spa. Get to know the buildings, the exact location of the treatments, the resting areas, the toilets and the passages.
It is not possible to avail oneself of the treatments and services without an admission ticket.
